Mr. McCullough joined the firm in 2002 following a clerkship in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey with the Honorable James J. Petrella, P.J.A.D. He is a graduate of Saint Peter's College (now Saint Peter's University) in Jersey City, New Jersey, and Seton Hall University School of Law.

Mr. McCullough's practice primarily focuses on civil litigation and land use. Mr. McCullough has handled a wide variety of civil cases in both state and federal court, including shareholder and partner disputes, business valuation, will contests, contract disputes, suits for specific performance, employment discrimination, civil rights cases new home construction defects, and private nuisance cases. He has also represented clients in eminent domain cases and local land use challenges. He has represented both private parties and public bodies in a variety of civil cases. Mr. McCullough has handled matters from preparation of pleadings, through discovery, dispositive motion practice, and trial.

In addition, Mr. McCullough has extensive experience representing clients in appeals. He has handled a variety of matters including, for example, business valuation, condemnation, land use matters, and enforceability of arbitration clauses. Mr. McCullough has argued before the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Many of his cases have been reported.

Mr. McCullough also represents clients in land use matters, including applicants for site plan approval and variances before Planning Boards and Boards of Adjustment, as well as other permits and approvals from Federal, State, and Local agencies. Mr. McCullough has also acted as general counsel to local land use boards.

Mr. McCullough has been a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey Committee on Character since 2008. He was the President of the Hudson County Bar Association from 2019 to 2020 and is a member of the Saint Peter's University Alumni Board.
