Genesis Stokes is a member of the real estate practice group. Her practice includes representing clients in real estate transactions related to acquisitions, dispositions and financing of a variety of real estate asset classes including multifamily, commercial, industrial, warehouses and other assets, leasing and small business organizations. She has diverse experience in negotiating and drafting contracts, reviewing commercial loan documents, condominium governing documents and a wide range of transactional documents.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Stokes practiced real estate law including small commercial, residential and business acquisitions and dispositions with other area law firms.

Genesis is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, and she has appeared as a panelist on Hot Topics in Real Estate for the NJ State Bar Association.
