Sydney Pleasic

Associate

Ms. Pleasic joined the firm as an associate in 2025. Ms. Pleasic's practice areas include land use, zoning, real estate development and environmental matters.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Pleasic served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Radames Velazquez, Jr., P.J.F.P., in the Superior Court of New Jersey. She also interned at the United States Environmental Protection Agency gaining regulatory and redevelopment experience.

Ms. Pleasic is a graduate of the University of Vermont, Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources. Ms. Pleasic earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was awarded a Distinguished Scholar designation and completed a concentration in Privacy & Cybersecurity. While at Seton Hall she served as a Research Fellow with the Center for Policy and Research co-authoring a report on national security and human rights issues. In addition, Ms. Pleasic served as a student attorney for the Seton Hall Law School Center for Social Justice Health Justice Clinic.
