Due Diligence

We are frequently asked to provide due diligence services to potential purchasers of real estate development projects. In many cases, we provide those services as local counsel to national law firms seeking New Jersey expertise with respect to development and redevelopment projects. Such assignments call for us to draw upon our experience and skill in many of the other practice areas discussed in the other links to the Real Estate and Environmental section. We take pride in the careful and methodical review of the record that we undertake in such cases and the detailed advice which we provide to the client and to their transaction counsel, where applicable.
