Because of our expertise in real estate law, we are sometimes called upon by title insurance companies to represent them in complex title claim lawsuits. In particular, we have handled major claims against title policies involving alleged misconduct by the so called “approved attorney” in the original insured transaction.
We also have represented title insurance companies in obtaining riparian grants from the State of New Jersey in order to cure defects to the insured title.
