Liquor Licenses

The firm has had considerable experience with respect to liquor licenses utilized in connection with hotels and restaurant facilities, whether stand alone or developed in connection with larger commercial or mall properties. Over the years, we have been called upon to apply for new hotel licenses, transfer licenses from person to person and location to location, and to extend licenses that are not operational due to property development concerns. We have also been engaged with respect to violations and appeals and advisory opinion requests. This has required interaction not only with the local authorities, but also with the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
