Estate Planning and Probate

We have an active practice in the related fields of estate planning and probate. Our attorneys have the expertise necessary for counseling clients and helping to craft estate plans, wills and trust instruments and other documents that will minimize or eliminate federal estate taxes, provide continued family control of closely held businesses for subsequent generations and meet the client’s goals as to distribution of assets. We also have the skill necessary to guide clients through the process of probating a will, resolving any required Federal Estate Tax Returns and New Jersey Inheritance Tax and Estate Tax Returns and making distributions to beneficiaries as quickly and efficiently as possible. We work closely with accountants engaged to assist in these areas.
